Refund Policy – Nomad Details Inc.

At Nomad Details Inc., we take pride in delivering high-quality mobile detailing services directly to our customers. Due to the nature of our services and the time and resources allocated for each appointment, we do not offer refunds once a service has been scheduled and/or completed.

However, we understand that schedules can change and weather can be unpredictable. For that reason:

  • Rescheduling Appointments: We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests to better suit your availability. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change your appointment time or date.

  • Weather Delays: In the event of inclement weather or unsafe working conditions, Nomad Details Inc. may need to postpone your appointment. We will work with you promptly to find a new date and time that works best for both parties.
