At Nomad Details Inc., we take pride in delivering high-quality mobile detailing services directly to our customers. Due to the nature of our services and the time and resources allocated for each appointment, we do not offer refunds once a service has been scheduled and/or completed.
However, we understand that schedules can change and weather can be unpredictable. For that reason:

Rescheduling Appointments: We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests to better suit your availability. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change your appointment time or date.

Weather Delays: In the event of inclement weather or unsafe working conditions, Nomad Details Inc. may need to postpone your appointment. We will work with you promptly to find a new date and time that works best for both parties.
