
Terms and Conditions – Nomad Details Inc.
By scheduling a service with Nomad Details Inc., you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Agreement
Nomad Details Inc. provides mobile detailing services at your location. By booking with us, you authorize our team to access your property and vehicle to perform the requested service.
2. Scheduling and Availability
All appointments are subject to availability. We will confirm your scheduled service via text, email, or phone. Appointment times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, prior job completion time, or weather conditions.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments (e.g., Venmo, Cash App, etc.). Failure to pay may result in a service charge or legal action.
4. Refund Policy
Nomad Details Inc. does not offer refunds. However, we are flexible with scheduling and will work with you to reschedule appointments due to changes in your availability or due to weather conditions (see Refund Policy for more).
5. Cancellations and No-Shows
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future service.
6. Weather Conditions
Our services are weather-dependent. If inclement weather prevents us from safely completing your service, we will notify you and reschedule at the earliest convenience.
7. Vehicle Condition
We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on the actual condition of the vehicle upon arrival. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or other challenging conditions may incur additional fees.
8. Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your property and vehicle, Nomad Details Inc. is not liable for pre-existing damage, personal items left in the vehicle, or damage due to poor vehicle condition (e.g., brittle trim, compromised clear coat).
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Nomad Details Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to, unsafe working conditions, harassment, or unreasonable demands.
